We Are a Part of the Old Dominion Association of Church Schools. (ODACS)

What Is ODACS? 

The Old Dominion Association of Church Schools was founded in 1976 to establish a unified voice on behalf of local church schools in the state of Virginia. Since its founding, ODACS has provided a variety of important services and activities for independent Baptist churches that operate Christian schools. ODACS is the Virginia affiliate of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS).




COlonial Academy Music and drama productions

Each Semester the Academy holds acting auditions for students from 3rd-8th grade that are interested in acting, singing, or performing solo. 

The entire academy is a part of these productions in singing and music.

There is a Winter production with acting and music, as well as a Spring production.

This years Spring production is May 20th at 6:00pm




Colonial Sports

Grades 5th-8th are given the opportunity to play sports and represent Colonial Academy in the ODACS athletic program.







Culinary arts

Grades 5th-8th are given the opportunity to learn culinary skills with Chef Campbell. Once a month the students put together a full meal, along with an appetizer. It is a great opportunity for our students to learn about the Culinary Arts!
